Overview

Since arranging and structuring project finance facilities for the first PFI school in England in 1997, DWPF has raised in excess of £4bn of financing on over 100 completed transactions.

A decade of providing independent and unbiased advice to clients in the PFI and PPP sectors in the UK and Republic of Ireland has created a wealth of experience. Our experience spans market sectors including schools, higher education, health, local government, waste, defence, energy and property. During this period DWPF has delivered a number of innovative funding, tax efficient and structural solutions to the marketplace, whilst building an impressive track record of successfully managed transactions through to financial close.

Typical transactions include partnership projects where the private sector delivers buildings, services or products to the public sector customer, using project finance to fund the initial delivery of assets and long-term service provision.

DWPF’s clients include corporate sponsors (for example construction or facilities management firms), private equity houses, investment funds and other financial investors.

DWPF is keen to expand its client base further, in both the private and public sectors, and is also actively seeking opportunities in wider geographic areas.
