Portfolio model build

Development of a portfolio model to aggregate the results of 3 accommodation SPV's.

The model developed by DWPF is being used by the client to analyse a number of potential refinancing options for the projects, showing the impact of various scenarios on investor returns.

DWPF provides financial advice to CBA for PFI equity disposal

DWPF advised its client, CBA on the sale of its indirect equity and subordinated debt investments in two PFI healthcare projects

DWPF worked closely with its client, Commonwealth Bank of Austalia, to produce an Information Memorandum for the sale, contacting potential investors in the projects and running the bidding competition to ensure the best price was achieved.

Extension of debt facilities

DWPF negotiated the successful extension of banking facilities on a residential project for an additional 12 month period.

Financial modelling and analysis appointment

DWPF has been appointed to assist its client with the financial modelling and valuation of a number of projects.

A bespoke financial model was developed in order to provide management with the ability to value these separate projects, enabling the impact of various upside and downside scenarios to be determined. 3rd party models have also been interrogated and additional potential efficiencies highlighted.
