DWPF has been an active advisor in the secondary market that has developed from the PFI/PPP industry sector.

We have provided a wide spectrum of advice for potential purchasers, from high-level valuations and options appraisals to detailed analysis of financial models. We have advised on a number of portfolio purchases and individual project transactions through to financial close, using our industry and, in particular, refinancing experience to determine all areas of value in a transaction.

Conversely we have acted as advisors for the vendors of a number of PFI equity and investment stakes, including projects within the wider PPP and infrastructure field.
