DWPF provided model audit advice to Plenary Group on the finanicng of the Belle Chasse Bridge and Tunnel Replacement P3 in Louisiana.

The new bridge will eliminate delays associated with the operations and maintenance of the present bridge and tunnel, which have planned and unplanned closures. It will also improve hurricane evacuation capacity.
