Eteck Energie Capital Raise
17th October 2021
DWPF provided model audit advice to Eteck Energie in order to refinance existing debt, and further strengthen its position on the sustainable heating market and to increase its impact on the thermal energy transition.
The heat transition requires a strong organisation, the right technical solutions, good realization partners, but also the lowest possible financing costs. In this way, work can be done on a robust fulfillment of the demand for sustainable heat using local sources, now and in the future.
The agreement concerns a refinancing of Eteck’s existing projects, a construction financing for the realization of the current new construction and renovation projects and a growth financing for future heat projects in both new and existing buildings.
Eteck supplies heat in many places in the Netherlands via a sustainable heat and cold system as part of area developments, such as the Floriade site in Almere, or for stand-alone construction projects. The most recent stand-alone projects are Spot and Amstelstation in Amsterdam, Grotius and the Stationspostgebouw in The Hague and De Bankier in Tilburg.
