DWPF acted as financial adviser to Campus Living Villages (CLV) and Arlington Investors on the phase 2 drawdown on their 50-year student accommodation PPP project with Goldsmiths, University of London.

The transaction provides additional funding drawn under the original c£50m bond financing to build an additional 74 beds.

DWPF also acted as financial adviser on Phase 1 which closed in September 2015.
