DWPF provided model audit advice to Equitix on the acquisition of Grünwald Equity Geothermie GmbH (“GET”).

GET is a geothermal combined heat and power generation facility connected to a district heating network and located in Bavaria, Southern Germany which has been in operation since 2014 and with 42 years of operating life remaining. Its primary objective being production of electricity and heat from the energy of thermal brine.

This important acquisition adds to Equitix’s portfolio of assets with positive environmental characteristics.
