DWPF provided model audit advice to CapMan Infra on the acquisition of Koiviston Auto, a leading public and commercial bus transport provider in Finland.

Koiviston Auto, founded in 1928, employs 2,300 people, has a fleet of around 1,000 buses and had a turnover of 173 million euros in 2020. The market-based segment of the company operates three well-known brands: Onnibus.com, Onnibus Flex and Porvoon Liikenne.

The acquisition is in line with CapMan Infra’s aim to improve public transportation network, and offer sustainable transportation alternatives by driving the green transition of the business.
