DWPF structured and arranged the funding for this transaction which combined the refinancing of existing facilities with a capital raising for the construction of a further c1,000 student bedrooms.

The new student rooms will be ready for occupation from the start of the 08/09 academic year.

Dexia provided c£180m of senior debt.
