DWPF provided model audit advice to Plenary Group on the finanicng of the Miami-Dade County Civil and Probate Courthouse P3 in Florida.

The new courthouse will provide over 600,000 square feet of space and services related to the Civil and Probate Divisions of the Eleventh Judicial Court of Florida, the Clerk of Courts and other related court partners and agencies. It will include 46 jury courtrooms and shelled space for four additional courtroom sets to accommodate future growth in the judicial system. The new courthouse will also include offices and public spaces to be occupied by the Clerk of Courts and the Law Library.
