DWPF provided model audit advice to BBGI and Dexter Construction on the financing of Nova Scotia Highway 104 Twinning P3 in Canada.

The Project will see the 38 miles between Sutherland’s River, Pictou Co. and Antigonish, twinned. It will also include a new 10-kilometer, four-lane alignment between Barneys River and James River, south of the existing highway 104.
