DWPF provided Pensions Infrastructure Platform with financial modelling support in relation to the refinancing of the Aura & Miller onshore wind portfolios.

The objective of the Project was to develop a bespoke financial model for forecasting cash flows of a portfolio of UK and IRE onshore wind farms. The model needed to calculate the debt capacity and repayment profiles for the refinancing of the projects.
