Financial modelling

Ramon heads up the financial modelling team at DWPF. Since 2016 he has provided financial advice for Blackpool Streetlighting PFI refinancing,  Barnsley BSF Phase 1 refinancing, the bond financing of Goldsmiths University student accommodation phase 2, and the £180m bank debt financing of North Wales Waste PPP. Most recently he led the financial advice on the successful close of the Kingston University student accommodation project.

Prior to joining DWPF Ramon focused on financial modelling for operational UK PFI projects at Vinci Investments, predominantly in transport and education.

Ramon began his career at Operis where he spent 5 years building and auditing financial models across a wide range of sectors (including energy, renewables, schools, waste and transport).  He also worked as a financial adviser on a number of projects, including the winning bid for Irish Primary Care Centres.

Ramon has over 10 years’ experience in infrastructure and project finance and holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Biology from Bristol University.
