Since joining DWPF at the start of 2019, Vianney has worked on a variety of financial model build and advisory projects in the renewables, waste, and social infrastructure sectors.

Vianney´s most recent assignments include:

  • Developing an operational financial model for a portfolio of onshore windfarms, building a corporate financial model for regulated gas assets in Portugal, building an appraisal model for a hydrogen plant in Scotland
  • Supporting investors (modelling and due diligence) on the acquisition of a portfolio of UK and European PPP assets, financial modelling for the acquisition of a portfolio of UK student accommodations, and supporting sponsors on the refinancing of PPP projects
  • Providing financial modelling foundation and advanced training courses
  • A secondment working on the debt restructuring of a biomass plant project in the UK

He first gained experience in the construction sector as a project engineer working on the construction of a waste treatment plant. He also worked at Cisco on smart cities projects during his studies. Following this he developed comprehensive knowledge of the energy sector working at EDF Energy as an innovation analyst, analysing emerging investment trends and disruptive start-ups.

Vianney speaks French (native), English (fluent) and Spanish (intermediate), and has a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP Paris and a Master in Urban Policy and Planning from Sciences Po Paris. He passed the CFA Level 1 in December 2019.
