Our team is proud to have provided innovative and independent advice to clients for over 20 years whilst at Evolution and DWPF, during which time we have advised on over 200 completed transactions to date and raised over £8bn of financing in the process.
Our team has worked across a diverse range of sectors, on a variety of different transaction types, and representing parties from all key roles in a transaction structure.
Our clients include FTSE listed companies, private developers, investment funds and other financial investors. In addition to these, we work with public sector counterparties such as local authorities and universities.
Our team has advised across the whole of the infrastructure and energy spectrum, including traditional ‘core’ sectors (e.g. social infrastructure) as well as emerging core plus sectors (e.g. fibre and energy transition), continually developing its skillset in-line with changing investor focus.
We’ve worked on a range of different transaction types, from greenfield financings and primary bids, to restructurings, refinancings and equity purchases and sales. We also develop operational models to assist with covenant reporting and have advised private and public sector clients on operational PPP disputes, including having acting as expert witness.
