Ramon is a highly experienced financial modeller and advisor. Since 2016 he has provided financial advice for a number of projects including: the refinancing of Barnsley BSF Phase 1, the bond financing of Goldsmiths University student accommodation phase 2, the £180m bank debt financing of North Wales Waste PPP, and the bond financing of the Kingston University student accommodation project.

My Story
Prior to joining the team Ramon focused on financial modelling for operational UK PFI projects at Vinci Investments, predominantly in transport and education.
Ramon began his career at Operis where he spent 5 years building and auditing financial models across a wide range of sectors (including energy, renewables, schools, waste and transport). He also worked as a financial adviser on a number of projects, including the winning bid for Irish Primary Care Centres.
Ramon has over 13 years’ experience in infrastructure and project finance and holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Biology from Bristol University.
